  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ditalini pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water until cooled completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red apple vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
