  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
  2. Grease egg-shaped silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Fill each mold with 2 tablespoons of brownie batter and bake for 24-26 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. After baking, create small divots in the center of each brownie while hot; let them cool completely in the molds.
  5. Beat together cream cheese and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
  6. Transfer filling into a pastry bag and pipe it into the cooled brownie eggs; top with sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
