  • For Topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle; brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the dough. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30-45 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
