  • 3/4 cup Dried Red Lentils
  • 15 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 15 ounces Black Beans
  • 15 ounces Red Beans
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Light Cream Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Crushed Tortilla Chips
  • Sliced Avocado
  • Sour Cream
  • Diced Jalapeños
  • Chopped Red Onion
  • Shredded Cheddar
  • Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño.
  2. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent; add jalapeño until fragrant.
  3. Transfer sautéed onions to the Crockpot and add all remaining ingredients except cream cheese.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until lentils are tender.
  5. Stir in cream cheese about 30 minutes before serving.
