3–4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
14 oz high-quality smoked turkey kielbasa
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes, cutting them into small cubes.
Slice the turkey kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
Layer half of the diced potatoes in the crockpot, followed by half of the kielbasa and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
