10 sheets Rice Paper
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Imitation Crab Meat
2 tablespoons Green Onions
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, imitation crab meat, chopped green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix until creamy.
Soften rice paper by briefly dipping each sheet in warm water. Lay them flat on a clean surface.
Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each rice paper sheet. Fold over two opposite sides and roll up tightly.
