  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 oz dill havarti cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped and patted dry
  • 2 pieces salted butter
  • Handful of dill pickle flavored potato chips

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Grate the dill havarti cheese and chop the dill pickles.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer half of the grated cheese. Add chopped pickles and top with more cheese before placing the second slice on top (buttered side out).
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich inside.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip gently using a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of the melted cheese before flipping again.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden.
  8. Remove from heat, slice in half diagonally, and serve hot!
