  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine minced garlic, thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, and minced onion. Stir until mixed well.
  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and creamy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a small baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Spread the spinach dip evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, then broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until the top is golden brown.
