  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk; stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the sauce, stirring until wilted (about 2 minutes). Return cooked fettuccine and chicken to the skillet; toss gently until everything is well coated.
