  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream, melted cream cheese, lemon zest, and reserved pasta water to the skillet with chicken; mix well.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet until evenly coated with sauce.
