  • 300g rotini pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions in a large pot of boiling water. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced chicken until golden brown. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir in grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
