  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the sliced sausage with some cajun seasoning until crispy; set aside.
