  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash ripe bananas then whisk in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon thoroughly.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture; stir gently until just mixed.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
