  • 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, then add heavy cream and salt.
  2. In a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate with the butter and cream mixture, stirring gently.
  4. Fold in chopped cranberries and pistachios, then let sit at room temperature for one hour.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Roll into inch-sized balls and coat with powdered sugar.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
