  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add salt and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour and orange zest until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chopped dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Wrap dough in cling film and refrigerate for about an hour until firm.
  6. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar, then cool completely and roll again for extra sweetness.
