  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or fresh cranberries, finely chopped & sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then fold in dried cranberries and chopped chives.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry and roll tightly into a log.
  3. Slice the log into approximately 16 equal rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush each pinwheel with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow cooling slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
