  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onions, mincing the garlic, and dicing the potatoes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the sausage until fully cooked. Transfer to the crockpot.
  3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, diced potatoes, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme to the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about six hours or until potatoes are tender.
