  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim stems if necessary.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to foam.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the baby bella mushrooms into the skillet and sauté for 7–9 minutes until browned and tender.
