  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
  • Optional toppings: cheese slices, sautéed onions, arugula, pickles
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Pat the steak dry and season it generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Allow it to rest before slicing thinly.
