  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt; add flour and gently stir until just combined.
  4. For the cinnamon swirl, combine cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl.
