  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for swirling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan(s).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
