  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • Confetti sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by placing the candy mold on a stiff baking sheet.
  2. Melt dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Coat each mold with melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage; chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a saucepan, melt soft caramels with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth; add chopped pecans.
  5. Fill each mold with caramel mixture, leaving space at the top for more chocolate.
  6. Top with remaining melted chocolate and return to the refrigerator for another 20 minutes to harden.
  7. Once set, unmold the eggs and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
