  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz chocolate melting wafers
  • assorted Special Occasion sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets; space two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden at edges but soft in center.
  9. Cool slightly before dipping in melted chocolate and decorating with sprinkles.
