  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • ½ cup milk (room temperature)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and chopped
  • Optional: ¼ cup coarse sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare muffin pans with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
