  • 1 box graham crackers (about 1214 full crackers)
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the apple pie filling. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, drizzle extra caramel on top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
