  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • More basil leaves, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped Roma tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  2. In another bowl, blend crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
