- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits except for the banana. If making ahead, add banana just before serving.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together plain Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well-coated and top with chopped pecans.
