  1. Warm milk and mix with instant dry yeast; let sit until frothy.
  2. Combine milk mixture with softened butter, eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and flour; knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top and cut into strips.
  6. Braid the strips together and place on a baking sheet to rise again (30-45 minutes).
