  • 2 ripe but firm pears
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle cinnamon over each half.
  3. Generously fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, topping them with dried cranberries and walnuts if desired.
