  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices deli chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl; stir in honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and black pepper.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Brush the inside of each croissant generously with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer each croissant with two slices of chicken and one slice each of Swiss and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place assembled croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving warm.
