  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed or sliced
  • 56 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped mint or parsley
  • Sesame seeds for topping
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Dash of lemon juice or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place them in boiling water for 7 minutes for a jammy yolk. Cool under cold water before peeling and slicing.
